Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer shipping to international locations, including Canada.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing, shipping, and delivery do not occur on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (U.S. Domestic): 5–10 business days after your order has been shipped.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS for all domestic shipments. Depending on package size, weight, and destination, we may occasionally use alternative carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time. Tracking updates are available throughout the entire delivery journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed—or if tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it—please take the following steps:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk or mailroom) to see if the package was delivered to an alternate location.
  2. Contact USPS directly using your tracking number for detailed delivery information or to file a missing mail inquiry.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Include your order number and tracking number, and we’ll work with USPS to investigate, initiate a trace if needed, and keep you updated on the resolution.
