Refund--Return-Policy

At Anime Station LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a return under the terms outlined below.

Return Window
We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, and in their original condition
  • Accompanied by all original tags, labels, and packaging

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products explicitly marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Items excluded for hygiene or safety reasons

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for changes color, or style. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and submit a return for your original purchase to receive a refund.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we may—when possible—send a replacement at no cost (subject to availability) or issue a full refund without requiring a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
  • For change-of-mind returns (e.g., you no longer want the item), you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake.

Return Process
Please do not ship items back without prior authorization. To start a return:

  2. For defective or damaged items, include clear photos showing the issue.
  3. We will review your request within 1–2 business days and, if approved, send you detailed return instructions.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process the refund and reflect it in your account.

Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our processing confirmation, first contact your financial institution to check for pending transactions. If the refund still cannot be located, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details for further assistance.
