1. Accepted Payment Methods

2. Currency & Billing
All orders shipped within the United States are billed exclusively in U.S. Dollars (USD).

While our website may offer a currency preview feature for browsing convenience, this is for informational purposes only. Your final charge will always be in USD, based on your shipping destination.

If your payment card was issued outside the U.S., your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee or use its own exchange rate. These charges are determined solely by your financial institution and are not controlled or collected by us.

3. Payment Authorization & Charges
When you place an order, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold for the full order amount. This is not a final charge—it simply verifies your card’s validity and available funds. The hold will typically drop off automatically if your order is canceled before shipment.

Your card will only be permanently charged once your order is confirmed and ready to ship. At that point, the authorization is converted into a final payment.

If your payment is declined or flagged for security reasons (e.g., mismatched billing address or unusual activity), we may contact you to verify your identity. In some cases, we may request documentation such as a redacted copy of your billing statement or government-issued ID. If verification cannot be completed promptly, we reserve the right to cancel the order to prevent fraud.

4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not provide cash refunds, store credit, or refunds to alternate payment accounts unless required by law.

Once your return is received and inspected—or if a refund is approved for a defective item—we will process the refund within 1 business day and send you a confirmation email with the details.

Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times. Some institutions may reflect the refund sooner; others may take the full period.

If your refund is delayed:

  • First, check your bank or card statement—refunds may appear under a different merchant name.
  • Contact your financial institution to confirm whether the refund is pending.
  • If it has been more than 10 business days since our confirmation email and you still don’t see the refund, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and refund details. We’ll investigate immediately.
